We are a full-service, family-owned and operated remodeling company serving the northern Virginia area since 2006. We are fully insured and a Class "A" licensed Contractor by the state of Virginia; providing design/build services in building or renovating kitchens, bathrooms, remodels, home additions, basements, porches, decks and more - meeting your needs, enhancing your home's value and making your remodeling dreams a reality.

DESIGN/BUILD REMODELING

The design/build process helps both the Contractor and Client determine the end result desired by the homeowner before construction begins. At Rendon Remodeling & Design we listen to your desires/goals for your renovation project(s) at the initial consultation meeting. Whether it’s an addition to your home, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, utilizing the basement square footage for livable space or a combination of projects; the team of professionals at Rendon Remodeling & Design will assist with the overall design and selection of materials while guiding you in maintaining a determined budget for the project(s).

OUR STORY

Rendon Remodeling & Design was founded by Fred Rendon after working in the remodeling business in Northern VA for over 30 years. After a career in Toxicology research, Fred discovered that he had a love and interest in construction from a long-time friend who owned a remodeling business in Northern VA. Fred worked for many years learning all the ins and outs of remodeling and construction. It was then time to make the “break” from the research field and follow his dream. During the process of education, finding the right partnership fit and obtaining a Class “A” license with the state of VA, Fred determined it was time to establish Rendon Remodeling & Design.

With the assistance of his wife, Karen; Rendon Remodeling & Design launched. Shortly thereafter, both sons, Michael and Joseph entered the company and are now very instrumental in the success of the business. Fred knew that the best way to be in business with the code of ethics and morals he lives by would be to start his own company. He is proud to say that the family-owned and operated business he developed is strong partly because of our family and dedicated employees, but mostly because of the loyal client’s we serve.
